The film is remake movie of Traffic which is released on 2011,this film is based on a multiple stories has been built across a single incident and the film has a huge success everywhere and also the film remake in the languages of kannada and hindi, now in tamil.
First the film was named naangu vali saalai but later it was changed to chennaiyil oru naal the film looks like a good homely film and an entertaining movie, Music has done by Mejo joseph
