Mumbai serial blast of 1993 Sanjay dutt was ordered to surrender and he didn't apply for pardon

Today the  Bollywood actor Sanjay dutt who was 53 year old has been ordered by the supreme court to be inside the prison for 5 year 

                      Sanjay Dutt have cried before the press after the supreme court has finalized the decision that he should be imprisonment for 5 year.


What made him to be imprisoned 
                 In 1993 the continuous bomb blast in Mumbai which takes 1000 of lives that is remembered by everyone, The investigation takes place, names of many high profile peoples of 1990's have involved for the incident thus the sanjay dutt name is also one of it.

                 From the investigation it is came to know that many weapons has been smuggled to conduct this serial bomb blast and thus sanjay  dutt name involved in this issue so that there was a police raid in sanjay's house there they found an unlicensed gun(AK 47). so he has been arrested for having unlicensed gun he have imprisoned for 18 month then he applied in supreme court and came out

Judgement
                Supreme court makes their judgement for sanjay dutt's case the minimum punishment for having unlicensed weapon is 5 year prison so that sanjay had to punished and he should surrender with in 4 weeks of time is the judgement.

Sanjay in press
               As he is going to surrender with in the time period given by the court, he is not going to apply for any pardon, he is having another 3 and half year's imprisonment, With the folded hands he said that it was his toughest time ever and request the mediato leave him peace with his cry.
